I ordered a replacement set of 80% Nano Ceramic, and I didn't receive notification of shipping even after the 3 day period. I emailed Tintzoom 2-3 times and didn't get a response. I placed a new order at full price, and days later I received notification that both orders had shipped. Would be fair to refund one of the orders. Have not received a response to any of my emails even weeks later. Overall good film, just poor customer service. I'd expect a refund for one of the orders in this situation.
The 80 Nano film is actually branded Xpel which was surprising as they market this film as their own so that's quite misleading. Their Geo film is a bit easier to work with but not my much.
