Limited Warranty Coverage:

TintZoom, LLC warrants that Paint Protection films sold by TintZoom LLC will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years (Xpel Utimate Film) from original purchase. Defects in materials include cracking, yellowing, peeling from loss of adhesion and bubbling.

Important Notice: TintZoom MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. User is responsible for determining whether TintZoom's paint protection film products are fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user's method of application.

Limitation of Remedies and Liability: If TintZoom's paint protection film products is proved to be defective. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, AT TintZoom's OPTION, SHALL BE TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE TintZoom PAINT PROTECTION PRODUCT. TintZoom shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including, but not limited to, contract, negligence, warranty, or strict liability.

Care and Maintenance: For maximum performance of TintZoom's Paint Protection Films it is recommended that frequent washings and care consistent with automobile manufacturer's recommendations for surfaces be used. A regular application of high quality automotive wax (without abrasive compounds) will help retain the luster and performance of TintZoom paint protection films.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents caused by physical impact of rocks or road debris. The warranty is only provided to the purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to unclear film.
