Flatfoots are specially angled blades for the Pro Squeegee. The angle is designed to maximize the surface area in contact with the film, thereby removing much more mounting solution than a standard Pro blade with a square edge.

A much harder tool than the Teflon edge tool, this plastic device is used for the occasional "press-down" of small film creases, or scraping away old film remnants on scratch-sensitive surfaces. Its sharpness allows one to get under border gaskets, and press down stubborn "fingers." Caution must be exercised because of the possibility of scratching film.

The Teflon Black 2000 Card gives the greatest gripping power of the trio of White, Gold and Black cards. The white card gives the least friction-grip on film (vital in many situations); the Gold the next level, and the Black the highest grip strength on film surface, all without damage to SR films. Fantastic tool for water & bubble extraction, film manipulation during heat forming, border checking, and gasket retraction. Edge sharpness can be maintained by using a Hard Card Sharpener.
|
The Teflon Gold 2000 and Black card Made from same mold as the White Teflon Edge Squeegee but with material that is more resistant to thermal deformation. The Gold card provides more friction on film for better gripping during the heat forming process and superb water extraction during squeegeeing. Edge sharpness can be maintained by using a Hard Card Sharpener.

Combination squeegee/hard card used as a finishing tool during film installation. When wrapped in a layer of cotton fabric or lint-free paper towel it can be used for wicking water out along borders (after an installation) or used for sweeping film flush to the glass during heat forming procedures. Edge sharpness can be maintained by using a Hard Card Sharpener or the ribs on the toll itself..

While not actually made of Teflon, this tool is often called the Teflon "hard-card" or "edge tool." It is an essential tool for every installer in every installation situation.
|
This important tool is used as a trim guide to aid in the cutting of clean, uniform borders along the perimeters of straight-edged windows. Many installers find the Teflon edge tool equally effective and perhaps more convenient than this larger tool, though both do the job of providing a clean edge trim while shielding the window frame (be it made of wood, rubber or glaziers putty).

General purpose, unmarked spray bottle with Adjustable Spray Pump (Trigger) ACT0405. Sometimes professional installers will use a unique or special solution for a specific purpose, such an alcohol/water solution for final window polishing after an installation. An unmarked bottle will clearly be recognized as such, or custom labeled as desired.

Razor blades can be used alone or with TZ-10294612 for necessary glass cleaning / scraping. Note that these blades are not stainless steel and are therefore susceptible to rusting with use.
|
Used for the initial tack-down squeegee after film lay-up (especially on large rear panes), pushing out large areas of air and water. Less likely to cause film creasing during initial tack-down. Often used to squeegee down film on the outside of glass after heat forming to check for fit. Not recommended for final squeegee pass (use the handled BlueMax instead).
|
This sharpening tool is essential for maintaining the sharpest, smoothest possible edge on any thin, "hard edge" tool, such as the Teflons and Diamond Tips.
